Join us for the third annual Kid’s Matinee, a family-friendly event leading up to Madison Carnaval!

  • Time: 11 AM – 3 PM
  • Location: The Bur Oak (2262 Winnebago St.)

The afternoon will include themed arts and crafts, dancing, and Brazilian food, along with live performances from:

  • Madison Choro Ensemble
  • Samba Novistas
  • New students of samba dance, Ótimo Dois
  • Capoeira workshop

Entry: $15 for adults, free for kids

Space is limited, so please be sure to include how many kids you plan to bring. ticket purchase.

Food & Drinks: Full bar available + potluck-style Brazilian dishes
