What is Handschool?
Throughout the year, we teach a standalone introduction to Brazilian percussion course known as Handschool.
The courses are 8-12 weeks long and provide an overview of Brazilian music styles including Samba Rio, Samba Reggae, and Maracatu.
At the conclusion of each course cycle we invite a small number of graduates to join the Handphibians Escola de Samba.
